Career Advisor Appointments
Career Advisors are available for in-person and online appointments. Please note, we will not be accepting walk-in appointments at this time; all appointments must be booked through Experience Guelph.
To book an appointment, login to your Experience Guelph account and in the left hand menu, click on "Career" and then "Appointments".
In-person appointment hours: Monday - Friday, 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
There are limits to the number of appointments you can cancel, as well as the number of appointments that you do not attend. The maximum number of cancelled appointments (per semester) is set at three (3). The maximum number of no-show (unattended) appointments (per semester) is set at two (2). After you reach this maximum, the system will not let you book an appointment and you will have to speak to our office to have this rectified.
Peer Helper Services: Career Education Peer Helpers
The Career Peer Helpers are available for appointments during the fall and winter semesters and are now on break for the summer. They will return on the first day of class on September 8.
To receive support with your job search this summer, you can book an appointment with a Career Advisor in Experience Guelph, by selecting Career > Appointments from the left-hand menu.
Peer Helper Services: Student Volunteer Connections (SVC) Peer Helpers
SVC Peer Helpers are unavailable during the summer and will resume appointments September 8.
To receive support in finding volunteer opportunities in your community this summer from an SVC Staff member, you can book an appointment with SVC by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or drop in to Raithby House.
