Experience Guelph Job Fair

Registration Deadline: Wednesday, February 8, 2023. First come, first serve until full.


Recruit, hire, and increase your company's branding by connecting with University of Guelph students interested in your upcoming co-op, full-time, new grad, or summer opportunities.  

► Location:

  • University Centre Courtyard, University of Guelph

► Registration Includes:

  • In-person opportunity to meet face-to-face with students from all year levels including graduating and co-op students.  
  • Online job postings on Experience Guelph. 
  • Promotion of your organization on marketing materials and social media. 
  • Parking on campus with shuttle service to and from the University Centre at the start and end of the Fair. 
  • 2 X $10 refreshment voucher valid on campus for purchase of snacks/beverages during the Fair.   
  • Standard five-foot table including white tablecloth. 
  • WIFI access at your booth. 
  • Optional services:  
    • Electrical access at your booth: $25 + HST
  • Cost:
    • $350 + HST ($395.50) 
    • 2 representatives maximum

► Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations received by Wednesday, February 8, 2023 4:00 p.m. will be issued a full refund, less a $25 administrative fee.  
  • Cancellations received after 4:00 p.m. will not be refunded.
