Co-op Recruitment Timelines

Recruitment begins each semester in January, May and September and continues throughout the term.  You are welcome to post, interview and hire according to your timeline.  

Hire a Student for Summer 2023

Summer 2023 Work Term (May 1 – August 25, 2023)

• Post positions from January to April.
• Application Packages can be received as early as January 17^th.
• Interviews begin on January 20^th and continue throughout the semester.
• Offers begin January 24^th and continue throughout the semester. Students have 2 business days to respond.  No rank/match.

Hire a Student for Fall 2023

Fall 2023 Work Term (September 5 - December 29, 2023)

• Post positions from May - August.
• Application Packages can be received as early as May 16^th.
• Interviews begin on May 19^th and continue throughout the semester.
• Offers begin May 24^th and continue throughout the semester.  Students have 2 business days to confirm.  No rank/match.

Hire a Student for Winter 2024

Winter 2024 Work Term (January 2 – April 26, 2024)

• Post positions from September - December.
• Application Packages can be received as early as September 19^th.
• Interviews begin on September 22^nd and continue throughout the semester.
• Offers begin September 26^th and continue throughout the semester.  Students have 2 business days to confirm.  No rank/match.
