Work Term Guidelines
- Work report topics should be submitted within one month of the start of the work term.

Work Report Submission
- All work reports and updates should be submitted by email with a read receipt to the co-op faculty advisor: glapoint@uoguelph.ca [2] (deadline: 5th class day of the semester).
- Please note that confidential reports are not permitted.
Evaluation
- The signed Co-op Work Term Report - Employer Comments Form [3] must be submitted with the work term report.
- The Co-op Work Term Report - Employer Comments Form is taken into consideration but is not used in the marking of the reports.
- The Co-op Faculty Advisor uses the following evaluation scheme supplied by the co-op office as criteria for grading: Work Term Report: Grading Scheme for the Report [4]
- Any reports that are deemed unsatisfactory would be dealt with individually depending on the content.
- A student who receives an Unsatisfactory work report evaluation will be given one opportunity to make revisions and resubmit the report. The work term report must be resubmitted by the deadline specified by the faculty advisor AND address the identified deficiencies in order to be upgraded to satisfactory.
