RIM Park, Waterloo
A collaborative effort between the University of Guelph, University of Waterloo, Wilfrid Laurier University and Conestoga College , Partnerships for Employment (P4E) was created in 1994 to better serve our students, alumni and employers through a sponsorship of annual Career Fairs and Job Fairs.
You don't want to miss this Job Fair...it's the largest of its kind in the country!!
Students from all disciplines and across all semester levels are welcome to network with over 200 employers from diverse sectors!

*Admission is restricted to students and alumni from a degree/diploma program at Conestoga College, the University of Guelph, the University of Waterloo or Wilfrid Laurier University. A student/alumni ID is required for admission to the Fair but no registration in advance of the Fair is required.

Be Prepared for the Fair
Visit the 2020 Job Fair website [1] for a list of ways you can prepare yourself for the Fair and to see a list of organizations that have registered.
Before you go to the Fair, make sure that you:
- Visit your Career Centre for assistance in preparing for the Fair (get help with your resumé, attend a workshop or learn about other services available).
- Download the Career Fair App [4] to research participating employers, 'favourite' the ones you want to visit, and learn further information about the Fair. Employer profiles are also available online [5] and in the print Guidebook availalbe at your career centre.
- Decide on employers whom you want to target when at the Fair (you won't be able to talk to them all!).
- Prepare a list of questions to ask the employers.
When you go to the Fair, make sure that you:
- Dress and conduct yourself professionally.
- Exude enthusiasm and self-confidence.
- Stay positive!
