Understand Your Style

Everyone makes decisions. Deciding on a university to attend was a major decision that you made. It is helpful to learn from your past decisions. You want to understand if your decision making style is effective. If it is, you can proceed with confidence going forward.  If it is not, you need to decide on what changes are to be made so you will be happier.

To understand your style, see the Understanding Your Style Chart.

After you have completed the chart, you should have a better understanding of your decision making style and whether it is effective.

Things to consider:

  • Is there a common style you used?
  • Did it depend on the type of decision you were making?

Try and incorporate these into your next decision.
