Red Package Promotion+ Banner

 

  • Cost: $500 + HST 
  • On-campus, in-person tabling opportunity in a high-traffic student area (University Centre) including a customized promotion package to enhance exposure to University of Guelph students. Space includes tables and chairs, setup support, and electrical power.  
  • Campus-wide digital advertising on the University’s digital signage network for two weeks leading up to the event/tabling date.
  • Featured job postings on Experience Guelph. 
  • Story Spotlight on the Experiential Learning Hub social media channels.
  • Post-event social media analytics report.
  • An exclusive student email campaign sent out based on your target audience.  
  • Highlight feature in the Experiential Learning Hub e-newsletter that is sent weekly to students.
  • Promotion on the Experience Guelph Events and Workshop Calendar.

Exemptions

  • This package is not available during the two-week window before Job, Career, or Further Education Fairs hosted by the Experiential Learning Hub.
  • Parking on campus is not included in the cost of this package.
Black Package High-Traffic Tabling Banner

 

  • Cost: $300 + HST 
  • On-campus, in-person tabling opportunity in a high-traffic student area (University Centre). Space includes tables and chairs, setup support, and electrical power.
  • Promotion on the Experience Guelph Events and Workshop Calendar.
  • Promotion in the Experiential Learning Hub e-newsletter, sent weekly to students.
  • Story Spotlight on the Experiential Learning Hub social media channels.
  • These opportunities occur 4 times per year (September, October, January, and February).

Exemptions

  • This package is not available during the two-week window before Job, Career, or Further Education Fairs hosted by the Experiential Learning Hub.
  • Parking on campus is not included in the cost of this package.
Blue Package Digital Promotion Banner

 

  • Cost: $250 + HST
  • Customized promotion package to enhance exposure (job posting, information session, events, organization profile, etc.) to University of Guelph students. 
  • Featured job postings on Experience Guelph.
  • Story Spotlight on the Experiential Learning Hub social media channels.
  • Post-event social media analytics report.
  • Highlight feature in the Experiential Learning Hub e-newsletter that is sent weekly to students.
  • An exclusive student email campaign sent out based on your target audience.
  • Promotion on the Experience Guelph Events and Workshop Calendar.
