Hire a Student - Summer 2023 Co-op Job Postings
The University of Guelph is now accepting your co-op job postings for the Summer 2023 work term (beginning in May).
*There is no deadline for posting jobs. We continue to post roles until all available students have secured a co-op work term, however, employers are encouraged to post early for access to a larger pool of candidates.
Co-op Recruitment Process
Employers can hire students this Winter from co-op programs including Business, Engineering, Computing, Science and Arts, for 4, 8 or 12-month work terms (select programs).
Our Employment Services Team is available to assist you with your job posting, scheduling interviews, and extending offers.
Employers can benefit from a variety of funding opportunities and hiring incentives, including the Student Work Placement Program (SWPP).
We are not a rank/match school, which means that once you have completed interviews, we can extend a job offer to your preferred candidate. Students respond to offers through Experience Guelph within 48 hours (excluding weekends).
We are welcoming employers back to campus for in-person interviews. You can also choose to continue to conduct your interviews online.
