    • Register to attend one or both days!
      • Note: Registration for each day is separate. If you are wanting to attend both days, you must complete two registrations (one for each day).

    • Registration deadline: Tuesday, October 10, 2023. First-come, first-served until full

Promote your institution’s post-grad diploma, certificates, or graduate programs at the Further Education Fair. This Fair attracts students from all year levels and programs.

The Further Education Fair will be hosted on two days. Choose to attend one or both days!

Time: 1:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Location: University Centre Courtyard, University of Guelph

Registration Includes:

► In-Person Fair:

  • In-person opportunity to meet face-to-face with students
  • Promotion of your institution on marketing materials and social media.
  • Parking with shuttle service to and from the University Centre at the start and end of the Fair.
  • 2 X $10 refreshment voucher valid on campus for purchase of snacks/beverages during the Fair. 
  • Standard five-foot table.
  • WIFI access at your booth.
  • 2 representatives maximum.
  • Cost: $350 + HST
  • Optional services:
    • Electrical access at your booth - Additional $25 + HST
    • White tablecloth - Additional $5 + HST

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations received by Tuesday, October 10, 2023, 4:00 p.m., will be issued a full refund, less a $25 administrative fee.
  • Cancellations received after 4:00 p.m. will not be refunded.
