$350 + HST ($395.50)

Registration Includes

  • In-person opportunity to meet face-to-face with students from all year levels including graduating and co-op students.
  • Online job postings on Experience Guelph.
  • Promotion of your organization on marketing materials and social media.
  • Parking on campus with shuttle service to and from the University Centre at the start and end of the Fair.
  • Two $10 refreshment vouchers valid on campus for purchase of snacks and beverages during the Fair.
  • Standard six-foot table including white tablecloth.
  • Wi-Fi access at your booth.

Optional Services

  • Electrical access at your booth
    • $25 + HST ($28.25)

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations received before 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 will be issued a full refund, less a $25 administrative fee.
  • Cancellations received after 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 will not be refunded.
