Recruitment Timeline for the Winter 2024 Work Term (January 2 – April 26, 2024)
- Post positions from September – December.
- Application packages can be received as early as September 19.
- Interviews begin on September 22 and continue throughout the semester.
- Offers begin September 26 and continue throughout the semester. Students have 2 business days to confirm. No rank/match.
Recruitment Timeline for the Summer 2024 Work Term (May 6 – August 30, 2024)
- Post positions from January – April.
- Application packages can be received as early as January 16.
- Interviews begin on January 19 and continue throughout the semester.
- Offers begin January 23 and continue throughout the semester. Students have 2 business days to confirm. No rank/match.
Recruitment Timeline for the Fall 2024 Work Term (September 2 – December 27, 2024)
- Post positions from May – August.
- Application packages can be received as early as May 21.
- Interviews begin on May 24 and continue throughout the semester.
- Offers begin May 29 and continue throughout the semester. Students have 2 business days to confirm. No rank/match.
